Everglades on the Bay Condo, directly across the street fom Bayfront Park will be a beautiful addition to the Miami Skyline. Most units in this building will have great water views. Everglades offers top amenities with many water features on the largest amenieties deck in all of Miami. Although this is not one of my favorite buildings, Everglades on the Bay offers a good value and great location. A special feature of this building is its large set of amenities the largest amenity deck in Miami! The amenity deck will have just about 50,000 square feet of space for residence to enjoy the beautiful weather found only in South Florida. When you hear people say "location, location, location", this is what they are talking about. This is one Miami Luxury Condos that packs a punch!

It's the triumphant return of an endangered species: The Urban Dweller. Introducing Everglades on the Bay, in the heart of the new downtown Miami, presented by famed Cabi Developers.
