The Waverly is one of my personal favorites for a great residence on Miami Beach. It is ideally located on Miami Beach's West Avenue on the corner of 14th street. As a resident you are only a few blocks away from enjoying the shopping and restaurants of Lincoln Road. Comparatively to other condo's on West Avenue, the Waverly has the luxury appeal that the others do not.
Building Details:
The Waverly was designed by the world-famous Arquitectonica. It comprises of two residential towers that are interconnected, which are 29 and 35 stories. There are a total of 399 units from both towers. Such features as elevated tennis courts, a Feng Shui garden, and a waterfront resort pool and spa make this building superior to others.
The Waverly Condo is one of the most desired South Beach Condos and for good reason. Although originally built by ZOM as a luxury rental community, shortly after completion the Waverly was converted to condominiums. The vast set of amenities, my favorites being the bay front pool and club room, set this property apart from other buildings with a similar history. The Floridian, Flamingo, and Yacht Club were also designed as luxury rental buildings. The Waverly South Beach offers ocean, bay and city skyline views within walking distance to Lincoln Road.
