Bryan's Comments:
With the exception of a few, units at Vitri on South Beach do not have water views. With that said, Vitri offers very cool Miami loft space in a prime South Beach location. I believe the east facing units are the best value in the building and may possibly offer ocean views in the distance. There are few lofts avaialable in South Beach so if you want one, now is the time to buy at Vitri South Beach!

Building Details:
At last, a new mixed-use project on South Beach that will look distinctively different from the usual towers. Vitri South Beach Preconstruction, Leviev Boymelgreen's new development planned for a 1.58-acre site between Alton Road and West Avenue at Fifth Street, will create an eye-catching gateway to Miami Beach as people cross the MacArthur Causeway from the mainland.
Architects Carlos Prio-Touzet and Jacqueline Gonzalez-Touzet, principals of Miami-based Touzet Studio Design & Architecture, have come up with a design that splits 66 residential units between two distinct buildings designed for urban living. On West Avenue, a curving four-story concrete frame encloses glass-fronted 'facets' on double-height units, which capture views of Biscayne Bay. An irregular grid pattern on the façade, combined with a gradual shift in the tint of its glass walls, is meant to reinforce the sense of motion. On Alton Road a modern rectangular structure of steel, glass and concrete is in scale with traditional Miami Beach neighborhoods.
Located on posh South Beach, just off the I-395 causeway, Vitri towers is set to be one of the premier condominium projects on Miami Beach. At the entrance of South Beach, just minutes from downtown Miami, Vitri sustains the elegant architectural movement on Miami Beach. Vitri is distinctive, with an architectural design reflecting Miami living. An intimate setting, Vitri offers just 66 double-height units.
Vitri reinvents the standard of lux Miami living in the form of its two unique buildings. Vitri West Avenue provides stellar downtown Miami views and the design theme come from natural elements drawn from South Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, its curvilinear form reminds one of the white sand beaches. Vitri Alton Road provides a more modern aesthetic with a direct urban influence in its rectilinear styling.
In the center of Vitri lies an open-air oasis-style pool with stunning South Beach views. Landscape architect Raymond Jungles has designed a modernist garden of bamboo, hardwoods, limestone and river rock with a grotto hidden behind the swimming pool. The ground floor will feature retail space.

Vitri South Beach condominiums utilize an open, loft-style, floorplan with 19' ceilings and generous private balconies. All Vitri units are double-height and feature open-tread stairs. In addition Vitri penthouses have rooftop sky terraces with beautiful downtown Miami, Biscayne Bay, and South Beach views. Sky terraces have summer kitchens with Wolf built-in grill and Tara faucet.
