Space01 is a unique botique midrise condo located on North Bay Island in the middle of Biscayne Bay. Those that follow architecture will instantly see the hallmark designs of Chad Oppenheim. Space01, Chad's first midrise building, was completed in the middle of 2006. Offering a private location, exelent bay and downtown skyline views, relative low cost / SF, these lofty units come with my recomendation.

Space01 Condo is a stunning example of modern architecture. Space01 boasts spectacular 360 views.
