The Richard Meier Beach House will be a landmark property. This all glass oceanfront residence is located in Surfside just south of Bal Harbour. Richard Meier is a celebrated NY architect, and this is his first Florida residential building. Without being licensed in Florida, Richard Meier has worked with local architect Kobi Karp. Since this collaboration, Kobi has designed The Caribbean Miami Beach which in my opinion is a great example of the profound influence architects can have on each others work. Richard Meier, famous New York architect, in conjunction with Kobi Karp and Lynx Strategic Development is developing his first Miami project, Beach House.
