Quantum Condo located on Margaret Pace Park just blocks north of the Carnival Center for the Performing Arts is quite an impressive project! In the months leading up to completion I spent increasingly more time in Quantum on contruction tours and was plesantly suprised with the overall quality. Now that the Quantum has been completed and I have seen the final product, I must say that I am quite impressed. The gym in particular is one of the best in all of Miami (see my photos on this page).
