Melia Royal Palm Miami Beach is a wonderful oceanfront property on the sandy beaches of South Beach. Going to be going condo. Three buildings only two being sold. The good thing about this condo hotel is the owners are only allowed about 45 days per year in the condo. This is good as there is a great opportunity to have the rental program produce rental income.
The model is currently under construction but this is how one can expect it to look like.
