Green Diamond (the South tower) when compared to Blue Diamond, offers the more disired unobstructed views to the south. Blue & Green Diamond Condos at 45 stories each, are landmark towers that stick out on the skyline. The Diamonds offer views available in only a few buildings in Miami Beach. It's not a suprise that well known celebrities call the Diamonds home. With a location close to everything, yet far enough to give residence quiet privacy, Blue & Green Diamond is one of the top Miami Beach oceanfront condominiums. Note that the city of Miami Beach is no longer granting permits to build over 20 stories. If you seek views above the 20th floor, this is one of the few options. As far as Miami Luxury Condos are concerned, this property comes with my top recomendation.
