The Grand Venetian South Beach is the hands down best kept secret in South Beach.  Located where the Venetian causeway meets South Beach, the Grand Venetian offers stunning views and a stellar location that some believe rivals that of SOFI.  Just blocks away  is the Jackie Gleason theater (rumored to be the future home of Circe De Sole), Lincoln Road, Sunset Harbor Yacht Club & Marina, and so much more.  This is one of my favorite Kobi Karp designs and a great place to live.
