Cité condo, the first new building to be completed in Miami's present housing boom offers an amazing set of amenities and location. I absolutely love this location and consider this to be a "South Beach Annex" of sorts. With Margaret Pace Park directly across the street, Cité, The 1800 Club, Opera Tower, Quantum, and Paramount Bay residences will all have a wonderful waterfront park to share all paid by the city.
