Walking into the sales office at the Caribbean, I could not help but notice how charming the Historical building truly is. As you walk from the Collins side of the building to the Atlantic side it is obvious that no matter which unit you are in, there is a tremendous amount of sun and views of the sandy beach. In the Historical building (North Tower) units range in price from $550,000 for a one bed room, to $2,100,000 for a direct waterfront two bed room condo with direct ocean views. Neighboring directly to the North is WCI's "Mosaic" to be completed late 2006. The Caribbean Condo located in Miami Beach is an Oceanfront Condominium development comprised of two toweers, a Historical (North Tower) and New-Construction (South Tower).
The Caribbean Condo North tower a Historic Building from 1941 was formerly design by celebrated Architect L, Murray Dixon. During the days of the Rat Pack, The Caribbean Hotel was a hotspots for both the affluent and famous who frequented Miami Beach. This six-story historic structure will be renovated to house 35 ultra luxury.
The South Tower will be a 'New-Construction' 19 story glass tower designed by Kobi Karp and Interior Design along with Madonna-s Brother Christopher Ciccone. This tower will accommodate only four units per floor. As one would expect, all units will be richly appointed with only the top of the line finishes.
