Aqua Allison Island is one of the few private gated communities in Miami-Dade. The brainchild of visionary developer Craig Robins, Aqua condo offers a location and lifestyle available to a select few. I firmly believe that as this community matures, with only 120 residences, Aqua will become one of the most sought after addresses in all of Miami Beach. The finishes here represent some of the best I have seen, and I have been in every building built in Miami since 1997. The Aqua Gorlin Builidng featured on this page offers great floor plans and views.
Building Details:
The Gorlin building has three unique floor plans and two penthouse plans.
Gorlin residents access the building through a magnificent lobby with are and contemporary funiture as seen below.
At Aqua, there are an abundance to amenities one can enjoy. I took this photo of the main pool which sits at the very southern tip of Allison Island. From sunrise to sunset and into the night, this waterfront pool is an amazing place to be.
